I’ve built my career in real estate around something pretty simple: relationships matter.

I’ve been a Florida REALTOR® since 2005, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate residential real estate throughout the Tampa Bay area. More than 20 years in the business—and experience through dramatically different housing markets—have taught me that real estate is rarely just about the property. It’s about the people behind the transaction, the decisions they’re making, and having someone in their corner who knows how to navigate both the expected and unexpected.

After earning my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida State University in 2000, I made Tampa Bay home with my family. I spent several years in management at the Tampa Bay Times before beginning my real estate career, and I’ve never looked back.

Today, as a partner at TJM Home Team, I work alongside my longtime friend and business partner, Thomas J Morillo. We believe our clients deserve more than someone who simply facilitates a transaction. My approach combines experience, strategic marketing, technology, negotiation, attention to detail, and persistent problem-solving with something equally important: accessibility and candid advice.

Over the years, I’ve worked with first-time and experienced buyers, sellers, investors, relocations, new construction, waterfront properties, short sales, distressed properties, and transactions involving complicated property, financing, insurance, title, or negotiation issues. I’m probably more interested in solving complicated problems than I should be—and experience has taught me that those are often the situations where a good real estate professional provides the most value.

Many clients have become friends, and many friends have entrusted me with their real estate needs. Repeat clients and referrals remain among the greatest compliments I can receive, and I value being someone clients continue to call long after closing.
